Monte San Salvatore

Monte San Salvatore rises above Lugano, offering visitors one of the most spectacular panoramic viewpoints in the region. The funicular operates daily from March to October, with extended evening hours in summer, and on weekends during the winter months. Tickets for a round-trip journey cost CHF 32 for adults, with discounts available for children, seniors, and holders of Swiss travel passes.
